ARELLO, The Association for Real Estate License Law Officials, has approved the “Green Building for ( Realtors® ) Real Estate Professionals” Course as the first course on record for the new ARELLO Education Content Certification Program (AECCP).In addition to training the real estate industry on the basics of implementing green principles in everyday practice, Green Real Estate Education trains on outreach, and is most proud of writing the only green building course series in the United States with its primary focus being the 4 major professions in a real estate transaction.

Ms. Mitchell has written The Real Estate Environmental and Energy Education Certification Series. This certification series is exclusively for the real estate industry educating on energy efficiency, sustainability and green building relating to each of the 4 major disciplines, Real Estate Professionals, Appraisers, Inspectors and Mortgage Professionals. The "Green Leadership" course has certified close to 3500 in just under 15 months. Over 5000 more scheduled for certification by mid 2009, more than any other company in the United States. Kerry is a founding member of the United States Green Real Estate Council. Green Real Estate Education has received the 2007 Promising Practice Award from Sustainable Florida. 
Mr. Owens has joined Green Real Estate Education as our Chairman of Global Strategy. Working directly with the executive staff in our company, John will negotiate our national contracts, build our course visibility and expand our reach utilizing his diverse background. His expertise in business startup, sales & marketing, investor relations, certification and compliance, E-commerce, residential, and commercial construction, will help as he directs our programs to real estate executives. John has an entrepreneurial spirit and has emerged as a leader in the Green movement, successfully creating visionary relationships with large companies such as GE, Learn2Grow, and Lowe’s Home Improvement. John holds the distinction and respect of GE for assisting with the vision and marketing efforts associated with launching the first Ecomagination community in the United States. GE has credited John for assisting in the continued success of this global Green initiative. He is the Senior VP of Business Development for the US Green Real Estate Council, served as an F-16 Fighter Pilot for the US Air force, and holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in business.
