Steve Wooster, achieved his GCREP-GL certification in 2007. He joined Green
Real Estate Education in January of 2008 as a Senior Instructor.

Steve holds the distinction of the Chairman and a founding member of the first Green Realtors® Alliance of Sarasota. Steve's passion for conservation,
sustainability and environmentalism will lead him into consulting with
Realtor® associations nationwide as he trains to start chapters of the Green
Realtors® Alliance. Steve started real estate sales in September of 2005,
and earned the "Rookie of the Year" award in 2006 for his local association.

Steve uses his entrepreneur spirit to initiating a grassroots effort as an
instructor and a volunteer at a local town recycle center. Prior to real
estate he covered the Southeast USA as an independent sales rep.

He graduated with Honors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he was chapter president of the American Helicopter Society. He is also a Sierra
Club Member. In his spare time, he is a manager and mentor to a reggae band,
has volunteered for a community radio station (WSLR 96.5), is a YMCA youth
sports coach, as a Boy Scouts/Cub Scouts assistant leader.
