Ken Shapiro, a Senior Instructor, moved to St. Petersburg Beach, Florida from New York. Ken also holds a brokers license for the State of Washington as well a Florida. Ken has developed residential condominiums and single family homes. In 1989, obtained his Certified General Contractors license. He is a board member of The Florida Green Building Coalition, has memberships in the USGBC Florida Gulf Coast Chapter, The Association of Energy and Environmental Real Estate Professionals, NRDC, Sierra Club, CO-OP America, Stopglobalwarming.org, Pinellas Realtor Association and Manatee MLS. Ken has thirty years of experience in development, construction, sales, consulting and ownership of residential and commercial real estate. Ken is also a licensed commercial pilot. |
