Kevin is the Executive Vice President of the Mortgage Division of Green Real Estate Education. He brings his twenty-three years lending experience to the company and is currently serving as Senior Loan Officer at The Mortgage House, Inc. in San Luis Obispo, CA

He opened the Green Mortgage Division for The Mortgage House, Inc. including the origination of Energy Efficient Mortgages.

He has a B. S degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo including extensive coursework in Architecture and Environmental Design. Kevin is the major developer of the first LEED new construction project approved by the City of San Luis Obispo, California. He is on the Board of Directors of  the SLO Green Build. He is also a member of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Sustainability Committee and the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors Environmental Concerns Committee.
