Mr. Kevin Hauber | |
Kevin is the Executive Vice President of Green Real Estate Education. He brings twenty-three years lending experience to the company. Kevin leads our effort in the Western United States. He opened the Green Mortgage Division for The Mortgage House, Inc. including the origination of Energy Efficient Mortgages. Kevin is leading the effort for exposure of the Energy Efficient Mortgage concepts for our Mortgage and Realtor Education Division. His knowledge of VA, FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac EEM guidelines is unparallel within the United States. He has a B. S degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo including extensive coursework in Architecture and Environmental Design. Kevin is the major developer of the first LEED new construction project approved by the City of San Luis Obispo, California. He is on the Board of Directors of the SLO Green Build. He is also a member of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Sustainability Committee and the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors Environmental Concerns Committee. |
