Ms. Patrice 'Pat' Avery

     Ms. Pat Avery, V.P. of Programs for Green Real Estate Education brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry as a salesperson, a broker and a retiree of the Georgia Real Estate Commission with over 18 years of service. Her "hands on" knowledge of the industry allows us to direct our educational efforts for real world applications to the needs of the profession.

While with the GREC as an auditor/investigator, Ms. Avery performed office inspections and trust account examinations with brokers throughout Georgia, wrote programs and procedures for the Commission, conducted investigations of real estate licensees, acted as timeshare coordinator and participated in ARELLO training.  

She owns her own real estate consulting business and works with companies and brokers throughout Georgia training in office requirements and trust account procedures as required by license laws.  Pat brings her enthusiasm and her love of real estate to Green Real Estate Education to train and educate the real estate professional regarding "green" building principles.
